FAQ
This is my first photoshoot, what should I know?
No experience needed! We’ll guide you through every pose and expression so you feel comfortable and look natural from start to finish.
Can you recommend any good locations?
Yes! From campus spots to urban backdrops, studios, or parks, we’ll help you pick the perfect location to match your style.
Are the travel expenses included in your packages?
Local travel is fully included. If your location is outside our standard area, we’ll let you know any minor travel fees upfront.
Do you offer digital files, prints, or albums?
Yes! Every package includes a full high-res digital gallery. You can also order high-quality prints, frames, and albums directly through your gallery shop. Ask about our print bundle discounts when you order!
How long until I get my photos?
Your fully edited digital gallery will be delivered straight to your email within 1–3 weeks.
How long will my photos be stored online?
Your online gallery will remain active for 60 days, so please be sure to download and save your photos before they expire. Downloads requested after the 60-day period are subject to an archive retrieval fee.
Need long-term hosting? We offer extended gallery storage options for both corporate and personal clients—contact us to discuss flexible hosting plans!
Do you provide unedited or RAW files?
We do not typically provide unedited or RAW files, as our editing style is a key part of our finished product. However, if a special request is made, RAW files can be added to your booking and billed accordingly on your invoice.
What is your cancellation and refund policy?
Retainers are non-refundable and will be retained in the event of a cancellation to cover reserved calendar dates.
If you need to reschedule, your retainer can be transferred to a future date with at least 3 days' notice. Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of your shoot will incur a $150 last-minute rebooking fee added to your final balance, as that reserved time slot cannot easily be filled.
What happens if I’m running late to my shoot?
Please let us know as soon as possible if you're running behind! Because sessions are booked back-to-back, your shoot will still end at the originally scheduled time so we don't overlap with other clients.
Need extra time? If our schedule allows after your session, we’re happy to extend your shoot for an additional fee. Just let us know in advance or as early as possible so we can check availability!
